Math 10

Math 10 Foundations is the study of Numeracy (Radicals, Factoring), Linear Equations (Functions, Slope / Linear Equations, Systems of Equations) and Measurement (Trigonometry, Measurement and Conversions).  There will be a Provincial Exam at the end of the course.  It is strongly suggested that you use the Provincial Exam links to practice throughout the term. 

Math 10 Foundations is the prerequisite course for Math 11 Foundations and/or Math 11 Pre-Calculus.  It is strongly recommended that you use your Planning 10 course to investigate what your post-secondary interests might be (yes, I know you're only 15!) and to keep as many options open as possible.  Please feel free to discuss any possible post-secondary plans with myself, your Planning 10 teacher or your guidance counsellor and we will help you to explore your ideas, no matter what they may be.
