Numeracy
The Grade 9 Numeracy unit builds upon the Exponents concepts covered in Grade 8. These are extended to include an understanding of Scientific Notation and how it relates to Place Values. This understanding is built upon to develop skills in the use of basic operation skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide) with Scientific Notation.
